From The Albion Alliance Presents comes this statement from the European Economic Social Committee (EESC) announcing a seminar.
"This is an appropriate moment to discuss how the media landscape will evolve and subsequently impact on public sector communication. When print newspapers and regional media are struggling for survival, pundits worry that there will be less democratic accountability, if some of these newspapers go under. Others dismiss the danger on the grounds that newspapers are still widely read. Moreover, the local media industry will surely not miss the chance to cash in on its position as a trusted content provider by innovating and investing in new technologies."The press do not provide democratic accountability and most definitely are not a trusted content provider - and as for Government Press Officers................

Indeed , and it is becoming increasingly obvious that David Cameron is no longer a reliable source of information .

He has , nevertheless , served his purpose in dethroning the ghastly Gordon Brown .
So , it's time to move on and encourage more support for the party that identifies most with the wishes of the conservative minded electorate .

Let the newspapers go under. The mainstream is only good for wrapping fish the way it is and even then isn't worth the price paid for it. Responsible objective fair unbiased journalism in the mainstream has been dead for many years now. One just needs to follow the history of the anti-smoking second-hand-smoke fraud pulled off to realize that one, or the Labour coup built on the back of lies or the current nonsense to nudge, bully and nanny.
