Rewriting the laws of science

The following appeared in the Norwich Evening News today, Friday 11th March:

Perhaps J Stevens is a pseudonym for Chris Huhne - as they both seem to have the same level of understanding in matters of energy and science?

QM: Its no spoof - many believe this rubbish as written. The prime example is one C. Huhne MP!

It must be a misplaced April 1st article, surely nobody could be that stupid even a journalist or politician? No really they couldn't be, please no!
