From the CoffeeHouse we learn that David Laws gave an interview to the Times, a piece which is obviously (£). For someone obviously attempting to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of the public and his political conies, the choice of that newspaper seems a tad odd and one that was either governed by money or possibly on the assumption that the fewer members of the public who read it, the fewer that could start 'pulling it to pieces'.
The CoffeeHouse article ends by stating that the interview finishes with the former Chief Sec assuring us that, "I don't think I want to see another claim form for the rest of my life". To which can be added that not only do we also wish Laws' doesn't have to see another claim form for the rest of his life, but that we don't wish to seem him remain in place as an MP.
Just a personal observation......................
