A case of 'told you so'

In an earlier post I linked to one by Raedwald who suggested that the 26 to 1 scenario, in regard to the 'Events Bruxelles', may well be more like 18 to 1.

This has now been confirmed by an article in EUobserver, one which advises that within hours of arriving at a fragile treaty deal for the eurozone and nine other EU states, the agreement delivering deeper integration is already confronting the spectre of multiple referendums and a host of legal barriers.

Do follow the link - it looks like Merkozy's plans are unravelling before the pair have fully knitted them together.

Meanwhile, Denmark’s new social democratic prime minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, did not want to speculate about Danish constitutional problems

NO ! I bet Neil Kinnock's daughter-in-law hadn't thought that one through.

Merkel has a disaster unfolding, the destruction of the German Constitution. Even Adolf Hitler kept the Weimar Constitution and ruled under Article 23, but Merkel has undermined the whole basis of the German Republic.

She is going to get Article 20 invoked after her Machtergreifung, attempting to sideline the German Bundestag and Voters. As Jens Weidmann of the Bundesbank stated 8 Nov Germany has a miserable record of containing Spending. Schauble must pay 22 billion Euros cash into this ESM but has only pencilled in 11 billion Euros Spending Cuts for 2012 to compensate.

16 + 6 nations think they can suck on the teat of the Bundesbank
