A vision of Greece

It is generally acknowledged that Greece's economic woes have been caused by, amongst other reasons, poor economic governance. Since July 2009 Greece prohibited smoking in eateries; and if they are unable to control the implementation of that policy, it is highly unlikely the will be able to control factors necessary to meet the terms  imposed by the EU and IMF for any bail-out.

As an example of the lax control of the Greek smoking policy, just count the cigarette butts in the restaurant ashtray on the right of this picture!


Ahem, I said count the cigarette butts!
