Their cards are marked

So ends Richard North, EU Referendum, on his post relating to Christopher Booker's column in tomorrow's Sunday Telegraph on the subject of the Carbon Plan. Richard writes:

"When we come calling on those who should have known better, those who could have done something and didn't, they cannot say they didn't know or didn't have the opportunity to find out."

And 'come calling' we most certainly will - and it won't just be about the Carbon Plan, either!
