Cameron won't be asked to sign if it is not a treaty change (and then that can ony be agreed at an IGC) as they hope to do this outside the LT.

TBF: Pleasure as always.WitteringsfromWitneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16026875251366365154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8861279106331108648.post-59702472023184299812011-12-10T01:15:49.208-08:002011-12-10T01:15:49.208-08:00Ta as always for the link WfWTa as always for the link WfWTheBoilingFroghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00791961503315586243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8861279106331108648.post-31223075788482796662011-12-09T15:30:53.474-08:002011-12-09T15:30:53.474-08:00OK, so there was no treaty today. And Cameron can't possibly sign it given what he's done now, unless it only affects eurozone members.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8861279106331108648.post-21774061324348783972011-12-09T14:10:42.551-08:002011-12-09T14:10:42.551-08:00one can only hope that Cameron retained some anti-...one can only hope that Cameron retained some anti-missile-missiles

probably gone the same way as the Harriers..IanPJnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8861279106331108648.post-22471722176383479212011-12-09T13:43:48.463-08:002011-12-09T13:43:48.463-08:00The best thing out of all this is that we have roy...The best thing out of all this is that we have royally p1ssed off the Euro-elite. They will be unable to stop themselves trying to take revenge for what happened today.

Probably not immediately as they have other fish to fry and, lets be frank, its entirely possible that this little spat may be a tiny footnote in history if the whole euro zone collapses at some point in the next few weeks/months/years.

But if they manage to pull the Euro through this crisis, the first thing on the agenda will be to get back at the UK. And the more they do that, the more outrageous the demands made on the UK, the more likely we will be backed into a corner where the only option left is to leave.

Roll on that day.Jimnoreply@blogger.com
